Blanchard Rotary Grinders

The machine shown here is our 120" Blanchard. Specifically, ordered with a 300 horse power geared head for heavy stock removal. We can grind up to 154" cross corner and up to 54" high. Additional Rotary Grinding equipment includes 11 other Blanchard's ranging from 42" to 96", with a 100" expected to be running by the summer of 2024!

Surface Grinding 

We have the ability to surface grind up to 36" x 100" with up to 30" under the wheel. With our machines, we are able to grind parallel within .0002 tenths.

Planer Mill 

Our Gray Planer Mill is capable of 12' of travel, 60" wide and 33" tall. It is equipped with magnetic chucks for easier setup and quicker turnaround time.
